The Ariel dealcoholised Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied, oak-aged voluptuous red wine. Produced by winemaker Paso Robles, in J. Lohr’s estate vineyards in California, an expert in sustainability in winemaking. The alcohol is gently removed by cold filtration just prior to bottling, retaining all of the traditional characters and flavours you would expect from a Cabernet Sauvignon - jammy notes of blueberries, blackcurrant, chocolate and cherries with smooth tannins and a dry finish. This is also super-rich in polyphenols, making it the perfect alternative for those wanting to incorporate red wine into their diets without the alcohol. This is also low in sugar (just 3.7 g/100ml) and can be cellared for up to 3 years.
